I was stomping my feet like an anxious toddler during the Ana/Goodwin scene!

-So The Others only take the good and children.
-Ana-Lucia did shoot Shannon.
-Next week, IT hits the fan.
-At first I thought Nathan was like Ethan, a higher-class of Other. They had similiar names too. But I guess Goodwin was an Other. I did not see the Goodwin twist coming. Poor Nathan. I guess the guy have bathroom issues.
-I think Eko is/was a preacherman. 40 days of silence after killing someone seems biblical, plus the black suit, burrying of the dead and taking the bible.

How did Ana fire the gun a second time??? I thought she had Sawyer's gun with only one bullet. She shot Shannon supposedly, but then in the preview she shot at Sayid.
Did you see her go after Sayid in the preview???? She definately has a death wish.
Any other thoughts?

Maybe there were two bullets in the gun. One in the chamber and one in the clip?

I thought Sawyer said there was only one bullet in the gun. I too was wonderring how she took a second shot.

Did you hear the guy say that the others weren't attacking them? He gave a lot of interesting information. I was mad when Ana Lucia attacked him, I thought he might have actually told her what was going on. I think that girl has impulse control problems.

Wasn't Bernard in the bathroom when the plane crashed? How'd he end up in the seat? The crash was pretty sudden right? No annoucement to return to seats and buckle up, right?

I'm sure once the plane hit the turbulance, he exited the potty and sat in the nearest open seat -- like Charlie.

Did they show Ethan real quick in the water right as the plane crash scene started? Maybe it was my fevered (literally--I am sick) imagination.

Nothing in this episode gave me any sympathy for Ana Lucia. I thought something major would happen to her personally to give us some insight into why she's such a hardass bitch. But apparently, being a hardass bitch is just her nature. I didn't buy the crying scene at all. That actress has about 1.5 facial expressions in her repertoire.

Nathan even looked liked Ethan around the eyes/nose. I was sure it was him! Goodwin seems so NORMAL. I feel bad for those poor tailies. No suitcases to rummage through, getting snatched in the middle of the night...

Uhh...that did not feel like an extra 6 minutes of show. There were a lot of commercials starting at around 2 minutes to the hour, followed by flashbacks of last week.

But still it was some good TV.

Yeah, she definately killed shannon, it looks like saide is tied up next episode? The radio part? was that really the other survivors? I forget? I like eko...and it was sweet how he held ana lucia, I dunno, I don't mind her, someone has to be the hard @ss to keep things safe, who would have figured out the whole others thing anyways?
I liked seeing how everything is coming together. I hope they find the little boy and other kids, it is sad seeing them taken like that

Also, why was Bernard strapped into a seat if he had gotten up to use the bathroom during the crash?

Unless he hurried out and sat in any seat, I suppose...

Had it not been for the previous episodes, I would like Ana Lucia. But she was way too cruel to [my husband] Sawyer.

I cannot wait until next week. FINALLY!

Yeah! That was Boone on the other end, when he used the radio in the small plane he and Locke found.

Aaahh, now it makes sense, it wouldn't do them any good anyways if they knew that.
There is so much I remember from the old episodes that the writers never answered for us, like what about the black rock the french girl talked about, or the big animals that made all that commotion in the beginning? It seems like they just keep bringing new issues to the plate and not resolving the old ones.

Ana is a witch but she's more perceptive than the others (haha) in her tail end group. The thought there could be someone infiltrating their group didn't occur to them until she mentioned it. Of course she was wrong about Nathan! I was disappointed that her hard-ass attitude was all natural. I though perhaps she had lost a child to the Others like Michael did. If she had I could have forgiven her attitude.

I didn't see the twist about Goodwin at all. Jeez! I'm losing my touch. I was so sure it was Nathan. Poor guy had bathroom issues. Maybe he had diarrhea or something. Not to be gross but I'm surprised more of them don't have stomach bugs considering what they drink and eat.

At what point do you think Ana L figured out Goodwin was the infiltrator? I think it was before he offered to take the radio up where the signal was better.

I figure he hurried out of the restroom and into the nearest open seat. I think Jack, Rose and Bernard were originally in First Class, but Bernard had to use the bathroom in the back of the plane because crackhead Charlie was in the front one?

I do believe Ana has lost a child. Do you remember when Goodwin asked if she had children and there was this long, dramatic pause? I figure a few flashbacks from now, we'll find out that she either gave a child up for adoption when she was young or she had an abortion (if ABC/Bad Robot have the balls to go there).

Black Rock was the name of the ancient "Pirate" ship where Jack, Kate, Locke, Hurley and Artz (RIP) found the dynamite to blow open the hatch.
As for the "monster", it's some sort of security system. We saw a bit of it in the finale.
