Chersolly's episode #7 of LOST! - Page 3

OK not the best thing to see when you are getting on a plane yourself in a week....

So ok I admit it now ..Shannon is dead and I am mad..poor Sayid.
NO question Ana - Lucifer killed her.
about there only being one bullet, there are so many secrets here whos to say sawyer didnt lie or Ana-Lucifer didnt have another gun.
Shes gonna get it next week ...she better keave Sayid alone...and why is he tied up Again. If I was the rest of them Id let Sayid after her.

Did anyone else think that their experiences were not as dramatic as made out to be. Yes I thnk that Ana lost kids ...Im not sure if the child/ or ren has passed, but something is up there. she definatley has a kid or kids...It/they may be been kidnapped by the dad or someone.

I think (hope!) we'll be getting some answers about some of the issues from last season in this season. There are quite a few unexplained things.

I thought last night was good - a lot crammed into the hour. What was our extra 5 minutes?! All those scenes after they met Jin, Sawyer and Michael which we've already seen?!

Can't wait til next week to see what happens with Sayid and Ana-Lucia. I don't mind A-L - I just didn't like her beating up Sawyer when he was already wounded.

I know that I'm just delaying reality but I don't think Shannon is dead. When AL shot her this time it looked like she got her in the side. Last week it looked like it was dead in the center of her stomach but this week when we saw the actual shooting it looked like it was in the side. So, if Shannon is dead I think that its by someone else's gun but they won't find out who until later.

Well, in the previews for next week someone said "She killed Shannon!" So I do think Shannon is probably a goner.

Why is Sayiid tied up in next week's episode? For his own good until he calms down from what happened to Shannon? And who would be able to hold down Sayiid and tie him? Not many in either group could do it.

How did Ana fire the gun a second time??? I thought she had Sawyer's gun with only one bullet. She shot Shannon supposedly, but then in the preview she shot at Sayid.
Did you see her go after Sayid in the preview???? She definately has a death wish.
Any other thoughts?
yeah, to both of those. I am thinking she is connected somehow to a military from what she knew of the Peace Corp(was it Nathan or Goodwin who mentioned that?), the knife, the pow type stuff with Nathan and then going after Sayid. Could we have a US army vs the Republican Guard episode? Perhaps she was in Iraq and that's why Sayid has that look on his face, he remembers her.

Nathan was from Canada, who else was I can't remember. Wasn't it Ethan who said he was? Maybe Nathan was part of the Others and Goodwin killed him to keep himself from being found out? Maybe the others are all Canadian, roflmao.

Quote:
Maybe there were two bullets in the gun. One in the chamber and one in the clip?
There was only 1, but it could be possible she had a 2nd gun.

What exactly what that bunker they found, it was nothing like the other one. It seems to be more of a small hideout with no supplies.

Quote:
Did you hear the guy say that the others weren't attacking them? He gave a lot of interesting information. I was mad when Ana Lucia attacked him, I thought he might have actually told her what was going on. I think that girl has impulse control problems.
Goodwin did have alot of insight, but I think he would have killed her had she not attacked him first. He killed Nathan so he would not be found out, once he realized she knew he would have definitly killed her.

The first night, how come the tailies never heard that sound and saw those lights right before the trees started falling? Their story didn't seem nearly as bad as AL made it out to be.

How can they only travel 5miles when they walk for 3 days straight?lol

Do you think the Others went for the tailies first because there were less numbers?

I counted 12 Tailies who were taken, and I think I counted 13 graves(though I was counting fast) when they buried the guy with the broken leg.

What was this "sickness" that got the other tailies? I never saw anything other than infection which would make sense since they had no antibiotics.

Quote:
Wasn't Bernard in the bathroom when the plane crashed?
He had gone to the bathroom when the first of the turbulance hit. I am guessing he grabbed the first seat he saw which could have been Nathan's since he was in the bathroom.

Quote:
Did they show Ethan real quick in the water right as the plane crash scene started?
I never saw that, I just saw piece of what I presumed was metal hitting the water.

Quote:
Nothing in this episode gave me any sympathy for Ana Lucia. I thought something major would happen to her personally to give us some insight into why she's such a hardass bitch. But apparently, being a hardass bitch is just her nature. I didn't buy the crying scene at all. That actress has about 1.5 facial expressions in her repertoire.
ITA. She seemed okay until the kids were taken, then it was on. I can't remember who asked her if she had kids(it was Nathan or Goodwin I believe) and she said no. That I did not believe.

Does Goodwin turn into anything else like Ethan Ram did?

No suitcases to rummage through
An yet, Eko somehow found a new shirt. He had no shirt for the first 40days, then when they started going to find the other camp he suddenly had an orangish/yellow shirt on. At the crash he had the white shirt and suit jacket. He's a fairly large man so it's not like any average person's shirt would fit him. I don't recall seeing anyone else his size and it didn't seem like him to strip a dead body.

Quote:
Uhh...that did not feel like an extra 6 minutes of show.
All the commercials were short, around 1-1.5 minutes instead of 3 like usual.

Quote:
The radio part? was that really the other survivors? I forget?
Yup, it was Boone on the other side, then AL turned the radio off. Not that it would have mattered, the plane crashed right after that.

Quote:
were bernard and his wife sitting in different rows or something? If he went back to his seat, did the plane crack right between the two of them? I'm guessing they didn't sit together?
They were sitting together but right before the turbulance hit Bernard got up and went to the bathroom.

Cindy said they travelled for 2 hours in the wrong direction, I thought the pilot said it was only 1 hour.

Quote:
For his own good until he calms down from what happened to Shannon?
Sayid doesn't seem to be the type who would let it go.

Eko and hurley could tie him up.

Nope, the pilot said 2.

I just, I dunno, the whole episode bugged me. I DO NOT ONE BIT like Ana-Lucia, and I'm starting to dislike the actress as well, SHE CAN'T ACT!!! She's horrible, IMO!!!

Anyway...lol

I saw the Goodwin thing coming, and got pissed with Ana-Lucia went after Nathan. She's a horrible CONTROLLING person, and I seriously cannot stand her character....

About Shannon (from http://www.eonline.com/News/Items/0,...,00.html?tnews )

While the episode did leave the possibility open that the death could be either Cindy, the "tailie" who disappeared on a climb up a hill, or even bad boy Sawyer, whose gunshot wound rendered him unconscious, show insiders are setting the record straight.

"It's always hard to see one of us go, because you know, we have such a strong bond with one another, and we were the original group," Daniel Dae Kim (Jin) tells E! Online. "We missed Ian when he left. We still miss Ian, and we're going to miss [Maggie] too. But at the same time, we know that that's the kind of storytelling they're doing."

Producer Carlton Cuse tells USA Today that Grace was "really awesome" about being written out of the show when her fate was decided last spring. "We had to negotiate her contract for this season, so she's known for a long time this was coming.

"But she was nothing but absolutely professional and completely tight-lipped and completely a team player in terms of going to events, doing interviews and participating as a full member of the cast without giving any indication that she was dying."

The demise of Shannon proved to be a blessing for ABC. Wednesday's episode was seen by 20 million viewers, according to ABC, making it the most watched show of the night.

---

I agree about AL, that was the worst bit of crying I've ever seen. She has kept them alive, though. I knew Nathan wasn't a baddie, he was the funny friend on Ed!

More OT: Has anyone seen the new forum at the ABC site. You can ask and creators of the show may answer. Supposedly they do read the boards b/c someone mentioned Twinkies (IIRC) and they appeared on the show.

Anyone up for a post on a reauest for more Claire nursing???

Oh and did y'all see Ana "making" her lovely vest - it was a jacket and she removed the arms LOL

I wonder about Sayid being tied up, too...

Didn't Ana say something about bullets not being any good against "Them/The others"? But then we saw Eko and Ana each kill a couple of "Others" and didn't they seem like regular humans (ie. that a bullet would kill them)? Maybe I'm missing something...

No, she said one bullet wasn't going to stop them. SHe never implied that bullets couldn;t kill them or anything like that.

My assumption was that one bullet against several (unknown number of) people, would do no good... Logical, I thought.

I'm also confused by the one bullet thing, and the commercial regarding next week... But, not reading too much into it really...

Ooooohhhh, that makes sense. Thanks! It was bugging me.

About Ana firing two shots, I didn't notice that and I'm not sure of the timing but Sayid had a gun and I would assume if they tied him up they took the gun from him. But did it look like Ana fired the second shot before they got to Sayid? Like I said, I didn't notice that.
