Lansinoh stains on clothes

I've been having some thrush and cracked nipple issues so I've been using TONS of Lansinoh and now I have stains right over my nipples on some of my shirts (stylish in some places I'm sure, not so much the look I'm going for ). Anyway, any ideas on how to get those stains out? It's kind of a greasy thing, right? Do you think it's maybe a lost cause on those clothes that have already been through the wash several times and the stains are quite old? Thanks....

Try using a little degreaser like Dawn. Just rub some into the stain and let it sit for a spell, then wash as usual. It is an oil so it will stain like an oil.

I got some lansinoh on our favorite sheets...and no amount of Zout or dish soap has gotten it out yet. However, I haven't tried Dawn (live in China, haven't seen Dawn in any of the stores.)

Side note: when I worked in a pet grooming shop, we used Dawn (unscented) on Cocker Spaniels' ears! It was the only thing that could cut through that waxy greasy buildup they are so prone to. So it's worth a shot!

I will have to try this! When I was using/use lanolin I started wearing an old(er) camisole to protect my clothes. But, of course, the camisoles are now stained.

It didn't work . I put Dawn (we're talking just regular dawn dishsoap, right?) on the stains, let sit, then washed in hot water, then did the whole thing again. Didn't seem to make a difference. I'll try again probably .. but I guess I just learned my lesson, only old clothes over Lansinoh nipples.
