because I can't get my gripe on today!!! For once I'm having an exceptionally good day today! So far anyway!! I woke up around 5:45am and have been a busy body since then. Nesting, perhaps? Seriously doubt it, though, the only consistent contractions I've had were two nights ago for two hours, then they tapered off. Oh, I'll have 2 or 3 here and there, but that's about it. MW said yesterday that I'm 80% effaced, dilated just past 1cm (whoo hoo) and she can feel that his head is ALOT lower this week. Keep your fingers crossed for me everyone!!! Anyway...woke up to the first official snow of the year!!!!! SO excited! It's only spitting now, and has mostly melted away, but it was SO PRETTY when I woke up! I made an early morning grocery run to get a few last minute things for Turkey Day and treated myself to some Starbucks while I was out. Right now I'm working on finishing up everything I can on my birth announcements...they're going to be soooooo cute, see... http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...nouncement.jpg !! The inside is going to have a sage green page with all of his stats and a B&W photo of my little dude. Oh...and while I'm at it...I finally took a picture of my ring sling that I made, so of course I'm gonna show it off, too!!! http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3.../ringsling.jpg Okie doke mamas...I really hope you all are having a wonderful day! Just think...all of our babies are going to be so fat and healthy by the time they come out!!!

Peace & Hugs

I'm having a good day too! We had our 2nd snow today....last weeks was just a tiny amount...you could still see grass. But today I woke up to a blanket of white on everything! The kids were SO excited, and they are out playing in it right now. Yay for Turkey day tomorrow!!!!!

Yay for good days I had a couple the week of the birth.

I LOVE those birth announcements! Just think, you'll be sending them out soon enough!

I couldn't believe it when I heard there may be snow tonight! Whoa! It is super windy and freezing, though- and I'd really love to get out for a short walk. When ds was born in December, it was unseasonably warm and we were out walking the next day.

Happy TG everybody!

Wow those birth announcements are really cool. I love them! And awesome sling, too. For a second I was excitedly hoping you were going to post a picture of the snow. I'd love to see the lovely snowy white view out your window. We don't get that pretty white stuff here. It was HOT in Berkeley today!

Awwww...Aubrey! Next time I'll be sure to post the snow for you! It's nothing like the snow I got while living up in the mountains, this snow melts too soon. Well, that or freezes and sounds like nails down a chalkboard, but that torture won't be until probably February! Today it's just cold and sunny with no snow. High of 28...eeeeks!

Ok mamas...who's gonna have a Turkey Day baby???????
