bad internet access last few days, but after being on here Monday night and compaining about having to go to work Tue morning, I woke up at 5:30am with a few relatively strong contractions. They kept coming, and our little boy was born just before 3pm - home waterbirth just like I was hoping for.. just a little less gentle at the end... turns out he was 9 lbs 14 oz.. (dd was 7-1, so that's huge for me

we're all doing well, he's nursing like a champ

Congrats!

I had the opposite - the 9+lber first and then the 7lber. So I can understand having to get used to a different sized baby!

i didn't get your message until yesterday, but i am so excited for you. wow what a big baby!! all my sisters are like well what did she name him? and I told them you probably didn't have a name yet. I'm glad Ana got to be a big sister before Jewely I know that was important for her. (my sister thought that was so funny by the way)

well i won't call you until you call me (unless I have my baby) so you can enjoy whatever length babymoon you want.

can't wait to get together with all four of our kids. hehehe

Congrats! My contractions started at 5:30am on a Sat. and she was born by 3:30am on Sunday early morn. Maybe it's a magic time to start labor or something, eh?
