is it normal to not feel pregnant anymore?!?

I am feeling concerned because for the past four days or so I absolutely do not feel pregnant anymore. Except for this weight I have gained I feel normal. And then last night I went to the bathroom and there was a lot of blood, as if my period started and I had some mild cramping. No more bleeding but still some mild cramping. I also have not felt the baby moving at all...I am getting really worried and of course it's a holiday weekend so my only option is to go to the ER which I am not going to do. UGH. I was trying to remember if I felt not pregnant with DD but I can't recall. The blood thing is what really has me worried.

Blood would worry me a lot, too.

: that this is nothing!

i completely understand the desire to avoid the ER. i would definitely go in first thing monday, though. however, if the bleeding starts up again, or you start throwing up, run a fever, or have unbearable cramping, i would say an ER visit is definitely warranted.

sending healing vibes and keeping you in my prayers.

I agree with pp. If you bleeding comes back I would take a trip to ER. If not definitely see someone on Monday.

Hope everything is okay.

Definitely normal to not feel pregnant anymore as we finish the first trimester and move into the second. I've finally had a few days without vomiting and am very much enjoying feeling more normal again.

I think everything is probably fine since the bleeding stopped, but if it were me I'd certainly go get it checked out.

Oh I sure do hope everything is a-okay. I'd definitely get checked out on Monday for peace of mind and like the pp mentioned, if you have any other symptoms get them checked out. I can certainly understand your wish to avoid the ER.

I can understand not wanting to go to the ER but if I were you I would go I mean it is better safe than sorry right. Is your doc not on call? I mean the holiday doesn't keep babies from being born. Mine I can call the office and it goes to the calling service and they page the doc and he calls back if yours does that atleast you could get his oppinion as to what to do.....((((HUGS))))) and I pray everything is ok.

luckylady, just wanted to reply & send my support. Don't hesitate to call the on-call OB. That's what they are there for. Hoping all is well for you.

Well I called and got a hold of my MW. She seemed concerned so I am going in Monday for a checkup and then a US.

Still no movement - but no more bleeding either. : praying everything is OK in there.

I love this online family - thanks for all of your thoughts and well wishes. Went to the MW and EVERYTHING is FINE! Heard a nice ctrong HB right away and she said I am growing like I should. She said it could have been a fibroid, a cyst that burst (VERY possible with my history) or a pice of the placenta that fell out. So thank you! We are OK! YAY!
