National Geographic Warehouse sale

WOW!!!

We got a postcard a few days ago about the NG warehouse sale in San Diego... hemmed and hawed about going.... finally decided to go today on a whim.

WHAT A GREAT SALE!!! Books that retail for $45 or so for$5 - $10!!! Cool stuff like atlases, books like "EVeryday Science for kids" etc... travel books, some books were $2!!!!!!! We go probably about $400 of books for $100!!!! Awesome stuff! I even got a book on Healing Plants!! WOO HOO!!!

I'm so excited!

Was this *only* in San Diego? Or did anyone else get to partake?

If you got a postcard and didn't think it was worth it, re-think it next year... I'venever gone before and now I don't think I'd miss itagain!

We got the postcard for a Washington, DC sale. Sadly, we didn't go I couldn't tell from th postcard whether it was worth the tirp, but it sounds like it was :
