Tote crazy!

Well, all the talk in previous posts about making bags combined with a $.99 pattern sale at Joann inspired me to try bag making, and resulted in the cutest pink bags! I have solved my Christmas present problem.

The big bag is Simplicity Crafts #8331 and the baby pink is Simplicity Crafts 9949, with an added lining. The little one can be made from such a small piece of fabric and only takes about 1/2 hour, tops.

They are for my boyfriend's 12 y.o. daughter, who travels by plane to stay with him every couple of months. I figure it will make a good carry-on or sleep over bag.

Each pattern has a bunch of different bags in it, so you can make a bunch of different bags.
