Going to see my MW tomorrow. DS is nursing a bit, but cant remember if he did this weekend Not sure when he did last. I really dont have much milk left. I have left the weaning up to him...

Still havent seen AF, DS is 29 months, almost 30.

Not really sure what the plan is - we had talked about inducing my period back, but not until he is done nursing bc it will dry me out. I feel it is coming to an end, and I am scared what will happen if it does dry me out, and he isnt done. But, I really, really, really want another baby.

I know all about the signs my body is telling me - ie, not ready for another yet, but why do I feel so compelled to fight against nature????

Well, glad to hear that your ds is self-weaning so gradually and easily, sooner than my son definitely, who is older and still nurses frequently. As far as ready, or not ready, well, I know what you mean is all I will say. to you.

An update - we are trying a 3 month trial of the pill to see if AF awakes from her long, long sleep. Going on 40 months!! I just dont feel "normal" anymore. Sigh. And all I want desperately is another baby, but I know it will not be in the next 3 months. Tick toc, tick toc. This waiting kills me.
