Does anybody get the Parade Magazine in their Sunday paper?

They had a "Q&A" section yesterday on medical/health myths and facts.

One myth was that women shouldn't breastfeed if they smoke.

The actual fact was that breastmilk aids in lung development so it's more important to breastfeed if you smoke.

I saw that, too. To tell the truth, I had never heard that myth anyway. Perhaps it is because as a non-smoker, I never paid attention. But I'm glad they debunked it.

OT, I was so ripped at that magazine as I read the Walter Scott column on page 2, and a reader wrote in about how "aging actress Heather Locklear" has not-so-perfect skin on his HDTV. She's what, 42? That will be the day anyone refers to "aging actor Charlie Sheen" or any other 40something.
