Cookie Magazine?

http://cookiemag.com/magazine Has anyone else checked this magazine out? It made me nauseous but I still read it cover to cover. Talking about Marc Jacobs diaper bags and recommendations for cool toddler boots by Diesel that cost over $200? I liked looking at all the cute clothes for kids and actually a few of the articles were interesting but overall it is such an over-the top bobo magazine I felt depressed after I read it.

I saw an ad for it in Vogue, but haven't read it yet. I'm hoping that it's like Junior from England or Milk from France...I like looking at "high end" magazines...

I got a copy today. Since I haven't mastered nursing and reading at the same time,I've only gotten to leaf through it with my head cocked sideways, but it looks Junior-esque. What made it depressing for you? Have you read Violet Magazine? It's got style, but is very down to Earth. Mags like Cookie need to be taken with a grain of salt. I would never buy full price $200 boots for my children, but if it's a couple seasons behind and reduced to $55 I might get them. Not because I want the brand, but because they look good.

I got the first issue free and even though I knew it would be totally over the top it was free! I hated it, yes I love looking at expensive things, but who in the real world can afford the things they have in here, it's worse then Child. Most of the ads were for Bloomies, Lord and Taylor, Nordstrom, Burberry and places like that. Pretty but unrealistic, I won't be buying it that's for sure

Made me sick. Page 42, FORTY-TWO, was the first page of an actual *article*. I just don't dig ads.
