Do vaxes not work on BF children?

I always wondered if the vaccines would really 'take' in my son since I Bf'd him for 14 months. In animals the reason they don't vaccinate until after weaning is because the maternal antibodies will kill the vaccine before the baby's immune system will get to it. I asked my doctor about it, but she was kind of evasive, and eventually said that it still works in breastfed babies. She was not very convincing.

There are certain types of vaccines that are less effective in children who are being breastfed at the time they are administered. The problem is that no one will really admit this. Most of what you read says that breastfeeding actually causes a better immune response to vaccines than formula feeding, and that is true for the other types of vaccines. The problem is, that unless I find this article again, I'll never be able to prove what I'm saying. Basically, this article explains that there are X number of vaccine types (possibly 4, but I can't remember exactly) currently in use in human beings, which include attenuated virus vaccines, toxoids, conjugate vaccines, etc., and 2 or 3 more being developed. Of all the types, only one of them can doesn't work as well in children who are still being breastfed at the time it is administered, but I can't remember which one.
