Funky shaped Aqua Doula?

DH and I put it together yesterday, yay! But despite all our efforts to get it to be round (with those clips they supply), it is kind of kidney bean shaped at this point. We're assuming that once we fill it with water, it will round out. Did anyone else have that experience? :P

I have a feeling when I am in labor I won't care if the darn thing is round or not, just as long as it holds warm water, but just thought I'd ask...

Yep, when you get water into it and then go to shift it into shape, it'll stay. I was kind of worried about the same thing when I set it up for someone else but once water was in it, problem solved. If I remember right it doesn't have to be too much water either (about 6 inches?). Happy birthing!

Wierd. Every one I've ever set up or help set up has come out round. A little indented, but not enough to call it a kidney, once. I'm sure water will round that right out though. Kidney shaped might be cool for birth though

Namaste, Tara
