I had a 2nd degree tear to the Perineum that I wouldn't allow the midwife to finish stitching due to pain (Litacain wore off). They got something stitched to the muscle but didn't get the separate pieces of skin sewn back together. To be honest I have no idea what this means exactly. I even looked down there and it didn't look all that different.

Anyway they told me to do lots of kegals so that we could see how much of it would heal naturally. My bleeding is very faint until I do these kegals and then I'll soak a pad in an hour or two. Should I still keep doing these?
