Did anyone ever make the pillowcase dress??? - Page 2

Hey skellbelle--I am one of the mamas you sent the pattern to. I have not made any dresses yet (my DD is 5mo now and I don't think she was born when you sent the pattern), but I have been collecting pillow cases. My fav so far is pink toile. I am totally not a toile person in regular life, but this one just called out to me. It has a stain so I am thinking I will tea dye it. I will send you a pic when I finally make it!

i'd love to snag a copy! k is starting to show the smallest inkling of wanting to potty learn and we're hoping it's full force by spring/summer. we think dresses will make this easier!

Pillowcase Dress

I am still awaiting my copy, too, but can understand how nobody would want to post to New Zealand!!! A PDF version would be fantastic. Please put me on the list!!

I suggest you use the directions on this page since the original poster is no longer mailing her pattern out. Try it! It's quite simple and very cute!

How should I make one for a child that I'm not sure what size they will be by next summer? It's for my niece for Xmas, but I'm hoping to have it fit her by next May (she will turn one year). Hmm..maybe I should just make it for her bday next year, duh!
