Good food allergy cookbooks?

I'm trying to manage without dairy, nuts or eggs (and more) and am finding meals pretty boring. Are there any good cookbooks out there for people with food allergies? I still want things to taste good! thanks.

The best one I've seen with delicious recipes, especially if you can't have wheat but don't want to give up baked stuff, is The Food Allergy Cookbook by Marilyn Gioannini. I use it all the time.

rachel...

...I have a book I've been using for baking that I really like. Got it at the library, but I'm not sure of the name. I'll let you know tomorrow.
