I want to surprise my family on Christmas of the fact that I am pregnant, and need some help in thinking of a creative way. Anyone have any ideas?

My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

How about a third stocking on the mantel with "August" written on the top. I am sure not many people will completely understand at first but they'll certainly ask who August is haha.
Mm what about pregnancy test ornaments on the tree? I think something soaked in urine always belongs on the tree.
Or what about a wrapped gift to the baby like a stuffed giraffe or something?
Or you could sign the christmas cards with and baby, or little bean, or whatever nickname you give your embryo
Okay I'll keep thinking, that's a few to get you started.

with our first we found grandparent books and wraped them up, it wasn't christmas, but they didn't think anything of it untill they read the titles ex: "Funny, You Don't Look Like a Grandmother" but there are tons of grandparent books out there. you could probably find aunt/uncle/etc. books too.
other idea's i've seen/thought of: picture frame with due date and baby clip art (I have two ds and was thinking of getting a frame with room for 3 pics and putting "#3" in the empty one), baby christmas orniments as gifts, congratulation cards to be given out on christmas day.
that's all that i can remember right now....

I was thinking of getting a "big brother" t-shirt for my youngest and setting him loose with it on at xmas. There will be about 30 family members there. I wonder how long it'll take them to figure it out?
I also thought about getting a picture frame and making up something to put in it that says grandbaby #14 (yes, my parents have 13 grandkids, but it's a blended family).
I can't decide which I'll do.

We were thinking we might wrap up something (like a tiny NB cloth diaper) for each family member (our children plus my inlaws) to open Christmas day at the same time.
