Anyone else feeling dizzy/lightheaded?

Hi May mamas! I have a new phenomenom going on now and am wondering if anyone else has this - feeling dizzy/lightheaded daily. A couple times I even blacked out. It occurs most in the morning, especially if I do something sudden or strenuous. I have low blood pressure in general, so I am sure this cotributes. I googled low blood pressure in pregnancy just now and learned that blood pressure gets the lowest in the second trimester, especially weeks 18-22. Basically for treatment they said to stay hydrated, get up slowly, don't stay on your feet too long. It doesn't seem like too big of a deal, although it had me worried for a while there. I am also freezing all the time, and wonder if this too relates.

Anyone else going through this? Any words of wisdom? TIA.

I'm always lightheaded, even before this pregnancy and it is from low BP. I would guess that is what is going on, but the only way to tell is to take your BP. Try heading to a drug store and try their free monitors for BP. If it gets worse or if you feel like you could get injured, definitely go to your MD or MW about it!!! Hope you feel better!!

I get dizzy in situations that I wouldn't normally - like spinning around and doing lots of head-up-head-down moves in yoga. I am also much more cold-blooded that usual.

*max*- I am exactly like you. In the mornings when I get up to do something for my girls I get the stars in front of me and have to stop for a sec. I also have low blood pressure and I get low blood sugar very quickly. If I have coffee in the morning it helps and eating an orange.
