I figured it was a good idea to introduce myself!

I'm Amy, mama to Ava, wife to Glen from Portland OR. I love to ski, read, camp, beachcomb and kick back relaxing! I also serve on the board of directors for Northwest Attachment Parenting, which is a regional AP organization and am physical therapist assistant, massage therapist and reiki master in private practice, and have a home business with a toy company. I don't think I can link to it due to the rules here, but if you ask I'll tell you where. lol

Looking for a new home on the web, and since I devour my Mothering mag each time it arrives this seems like a great place to land.

those are things I *love* doing...but I haven't skied for 2 yrs, I haven't received a massage for 7 months and I haven't relaxed for I don't know how long.

My daughter will be three in a few weeks, so that should tell you something! lol

I've been an LMP for 10 years now, but am currently not working FT anymore. Have taught alot of pregnancy, labor and infant massage classes and am also a doula. I used to attend a NAP group up here in Washington years ago when my ds was little. Hope to get back into it with my dd who is due to arrive in April.
