Okay, crafty people, please share your craftiness with me!
I just got back from a trip to CA to visit my mom. WHile there, I visited the Dharma Trading Company retail store in San Rafael CA. It's a surprisingly small store, but they have a lot packed in there. I have done some basic silk and wool dying before, but I love to do stuff like that, and with all the clothing blanks and dyes, I went just a tad crazy, and just dyed a few silk ties for my DH for Christmas.
I would LOVE to know what you have bought from Dharma and how you use it. I love their silk blanks and silk Jacquard dies. I would love to do some cool tye dying some day with cotton but haven't yet braved the fiber reactive dyes yet. I would also love to try batik, but again, haven't yet entered that realm of craftiness.
Please share what you do, I would love some more inspiration.
Thanks!
