Performance: The fabric is strong and the color beautiful. The pockets are matching and your choice from a colorful selection. My DD#2 (she's 18mo) is almost hysterically happy in it (she was in a sling the first few months of her life, has been in wraps since) and so am I. The rings match the fabric, BTW.
Workmomship: Beautiful.
Customer Service/Communication: Fine, all e-mails answered promptly and patiently, and delivery was quick.
