your cravings? - Page 2

Reading all those foods actually made me sick to my stomach. Just the THOUGHT of some foods makes me want to yack. My sweetie tried to get me to eat fried shrimp the other night- ehk! :Puke He doesn't understand the nausea- he thinks I'm exaggerating.

I can eat very few things but when I want them, I want them. I want Green Bean Casserole alot, and BLTs. I'm also craving Smoked Salmon and Hotdogs, which are no-nos. ahh!

I'm constantly craving oranges and orange juice. And there have been several evenings when all I want to eat for dinner is an English muffin with peanut butter.

When I have more of an appetite, spicy foods have been really appealing. Curry, Mexican food, hot wings, yum!

Why do my cravings (if you can even call them that--it's still difficult to eat) change every third day or so? This is all new to me, as it's my first pg. I feel like so much of my time is spent thinking about what might taste ok!

My mil bought orange creme soda for a New Years party we had with family. There are a few bottles left in the fridge just tempting me. Besides the sugar, that scary bright orange color is just wrong. But all the same I really want one.

A lot of foods just thinking about them make me want to :Puke . Like any vegetable. My last pregnancy I wanted salad all the time. Crisp fresh veggies were yummy! Now I want junk. Milkshakes. Burgers and fries. I had yogurt with granola for dinner tonight. I am drinking whey shake fruit smoothies for breakfast as I almost hurl making dd a scrambled egg. Fruit is fabulous. Sugar is divine. Chicken, seafood, blech!

acupuncturemomma - my cravings change almost daily!

Right now, it's Mexican food and Ramen noodles (I haven't eaten Ramen in over a year because of all the sodium and other junk - but I NEED them now )

Lemon water is my fax drink at the moment and most sweets are blech!

The salads you're all talking about have me craving a nice salad for lunch today, too bad lunch is over an hour away!

I craved salads with my last pregnancy...but I think it was the dressing I was after, the salad was just the excuse

And this time, it's official, pancakes with tons of syrup, waffles will do in a pinch. This is the same as last time as well, all I wanted was pancakes. I don't even like pancakes.

I am craving waffles and pancakes too! Not good for someone with Glucose Tolerance issues!

Also at the moment asian food, greek potatoes, spaghetti, and a chili dog wouldn't be bad!

What I am actually living on is fruit and complex carbs, with meat...lots of meat to keep the blood sugar regular.
