Check this out. It's an artificial foreskin, designed to restore the sensitivity of the glans.

It's available worldwide. The company does ignore the idea of restoration (as it would basically make their product useless) but it's still a cool concept.

It's very interesting, but I see drawbacks. There's a product called "The Manhood" that serves a similar purpose. Unfortunately from what I can gather, after the glans gets all sensitive again you almost have to wear the product 24/7 or else it is way too uncomfortable for the glans to brush up against underwear, etc. That's what I have noticed from reading about "The Manhood." I don't know how accurate it is, although it makes sense.

It's not painful but terribly distracting. The best way I can describe it is imagine someone trying to give you oral sex all day long when you don't want it. :
