Good morning all! My name is Sadiya and I am new to the MDC forums. I was introduced to Mothering magazine as well as the online community while teaching public school a two years ago. I recently got married to my dear husband and we are homeschooling his 9 year old son. I live in the Seattle area (Kent) and am looking forward to learn more about attachment parenting/homeschooling resources in my area. Our family is Muslim and much of what I have read about attachment parenting resonates with Islam and my cultural background (Eritrean). I am looking forward to getting acquainted with you all and learning from your insights, wisdom and experience.
