Is it just powdered tempera paint and dish soap?
Are there other methods or special techniques?
I got this great idea but used liquid tempera so it is too thin. My 14 yo: "It looks like the am/pm windows.... but I like it," she says. I thought it would be fun to do since we have a 2-yo and lots of tempera paints. The holidays seem a little more special with a little one who gets so excited about decorations.
Anyway, some guidance would be greatly appreciated.
