Thanks a lot. I have moved on to "Oh My God what have they done to my Food 101" I'm a frequent lurker in the nutrition forum now. Yuck. and Yuck. Again I understand the idea of Ignorance is Bliss more and more all the time, just can't stick my head back into the sand.

I'm sure they will bring out an antisystematosis vaccine to counter the inability to stick one's head back into the sand...
