I'm curious if any of you have heard of this as a way to boost weight loss. I recently read something that said it helps for the fat that just wont budge. I have been exercising and watching what I eat for some time now and I am firming up but not slimming down. I would like to drop some sizes, not to mention pounds.
If anyone knows anything about this please give me the details such as how much to take.
