I'm curious if any of you have heard of this as a way to boost weight loss. I recently read something that said it helps for the fat that just wont budge. I have been exercising and watching what I eat for some time now and I am firming up but not slimming down. I would like to drop some sizes, not to mention pounds.
If anyone knows anything about this please give me the details such as how much to take.

5 HTP is created naturally in the body from the amino acid tryptophan. Tryptophan is used by the body to create seratonin, an important neurotransmitter. 5 HTP suuplements are derived from the seeds of the west African native griffonia plant. It can be used to aid weight loss, insomnia & depression.Take with high carbohydrate food or liquid like orange juice and as a part of a comprehensive nutritional program. Avoid 5HTP if taking antidepressents. Take as directed on bottle label.
