Beeswax Crayons - Anyone have instructions?

I'd love to make some for DS since he can't have regular ones b/c he likes to eat them.

There's a book out there on beeswax crafts, but I don't want to buy it if I don't have to (and the library doesn't have it ).

Has anyone made these before or know where to find some instructions?

TIA!

What would be different about yours that he wouldn't eat them?

PikkuMyy, I'm guessing that she figures he'll still eat them, but the aesthetics of eating beeswax rather than a random assortment of chemicals is the issue.

I know I've read about making modelling wax in one of the Waldorf-based Yahoo email lists. I think someone was trying to make crayons over at Amity's a couple of years ago. This is going to bug me all night now, cause I think I've read about it somewhere.

ETA: Okay, I just popped over to Amitymama and searched on beeswax crayons; found a thread entitled something like "does anyone have a recipe for beeswax crayons?" (I imagine it would be bad to link that here, since it's to another forum -- I think there's a rule against that, right?). Anyway, the comments were that no one had found anything that worked, although it sounded like they had tried plenty.

Also, if you join the Greentara yahoo list she runs Stockmar sales a couple of times each year. Maybe you could pick some up there for less than what you'd usually pay retail.
