I am so tired! How much sleep do you all need? I can't believe I'm even up this late. Must be the two naps I took today. I start work again tomorrow for the first time since this tiredness thing came on, and I am wondering how on earth I'm going to make it through the day. Good :yawning: night...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

So far exhaustion is my only symptom. I've never been able to take naps, but feel like I could now. The only thing that gets me through the day is my toddler's insistence that I entertain her.
I'm ready for bed at 7pm, but she keeps me up until at least 9pm.

I hear ya!! I'm so exhausted. Plus, my 14 month old is teething (molars! Augh!) and keeping me up all night. PLUS, I've already started my least favorite pregnancy symptom; insomnia. So DD is waking me up, then I end up awake for another hour and 1/2 after that, only to get woken up by her an hour later when she's up again crying because her little gums hurt. I'm a ZOMBIE today.

Count me in! I feel so lazy. I just don't have the energy to do anything. I remember this with my first, but for some reason didn't have it so bad with the second. I'm going nuts b/c both girls have another week of winter break and are getting ansy and I just want to lie down. Thank goodness for new Christmas stuff to keep them busy. And they've been allowed to watch a video a day

Me too! I've been feeling so lazy and tired lately. Then, I have to get up every hour to go pee.
Kalynn's been pretty good, she's been watching TV, coloring and looking at her books.

I was just coming here to post about this! I'm glad to know I'm not the only zombie mama. My last two pregnancies (surrogacy) DD was still taking naps. That was a life saver. Now, she's not taking naps at all anymore so I'm not sure what I'm going to do for the fatigue. She's not very good at keeping herself entertained LOL. At least she lets me sleep in

I'm so there w/ you. I feel like I could sleep all day, if DD would let me that is. I've actually thought about having her spend the night w/ my mom and not picking her up until bedtime the next day, so I could just sleep and lay in bed and do nothing for a day. At first I felt really guilty for thinking that, and then I just decided to hold off until I'm further along.
My schedule's so out of whack right now though, aside from being pg. My depression reared it's ugly head recently, and it's thrown everything into chaos. I'm steadily getting back on track, so we'll see how/if the tiredness changes.

I have been sooo tired. Today I woke up when my boys went to school and dh went to work. Then I lay down with dd again and woke up at 11am!
No biggie except that I always meet a friend for coffee on Wednesday mornings during term time as she works different days to me and we don't see much of each other otherwise. This is the first time in 2 years that I have stood her up
I called her to apologise and she said not to worry she remembers those days!
It takes so much work to grow a baby from a speckle; its no wonder we're tired

Yeah, I don't like being this sleepy -- I have always hated taking naps and it's hard to make myself, even though I'm so tired -- but then I remember, WOW is my body doing something awesome right now. Yay us!

Me too!
I am so sleepy.
The ONLY time in my life I can nap is when pregnant.
Yet I am curiously restless the second half of the night. I don't know why. But after that initial deep zombie sleep I tend to toss and turn.

I'm not official yet, AF due to come today, but hasn't. I am so tired that I can barely drive a car. Yet once I'm in bed, I can't sleep! My legs keep falling asleep though. No naps with dd except on Tues & Thurs when she is in preschool. (dd stopped napping herself at 6 months, hope next baby is different!) Am also caving with dvd's. DD discovered "Annie" this past week. Disney has a gentler version than the '80's one. I recommend it! (had to download the soundtrack after that).
