okay....call me vain,proud...whatever.I'm only 35(almost)and although my oldest is 15,my youngest is only 8 months and I'm not ready to be grey headed yet.My dh doesn't care,he says he thinks grey hair is cool....he also thinks his clothes from 1991 are still cool if that tells you anything 
I had a complete hysterectomy when I was 26 and I really think that has alot to do with premature grey-ing,(plus the fact that I have 6 kids!)I am a 80's girl and have altered alot of my mainstream ways in the last few years so the fact that I'm wearing my hair long and natural and not styled and sprayed to the moon is progress!My generation was very "fixey"!I have colored over my grey in the last couple years,I really do have alot(of grey),but in the last 6-9 months I just hate even the thought of it.I can't stand the fumes,and thinking about my family having to breathe it in while I'm coloring horrifies me.Plus all the crap getting soaked into my system...well,I just can't do it anymore.i feel like it goes against this whole life evolution I've been trying to make.I need alternatives,though,and I don't know of any.I do know of henna,but not anything About it.Or,are there other options also?Please help!
