Anybody read this? Seems like a good "first step" for us reforming "fat-haters". I haven't read it, but it seems in step with the spirit NT, while being mostly vegitarian.

What do you think!?
It's definitely not "mostly vegetarian," rather, it's decidedly omnivorous. I love the book. It's exceptionally informative and the recipes are actually good unlike NT.

I absolutely love that book. I spent a year reading each new chapter on the New Moon, sort of like a devotional. Beautiful book. The recipes I've tried are great. I've gifted copies of it more than any other book.

funny.. everyone is different! (of course) I got the book and I find it boring. I really haven't tried maybe one or two recipes (guess I should - if they are so good)
I am a HUGE NT fan and LOVE almost every one of the recipes I have tried. and I have made a big whole bunch of them.

But I do think it might be good for a newer NT person. I felt like reading it was "preaching to the chior" (me who had been doing NT fairly determinedly for 3 years already)

This is another GREAT book for those new to NT:

very detailed and brings you through the process of transformation.
(Increadably kind, loving, homeschooling, nutritionist lady who wrote it too)

LOVE!
