BTW, if someone could send me a vhs or dvd copy of last nights episode, I will love you forever. My dh never gets Thursday off and I really want him to see last nights episode.

If you have a local Freecycle group, maybe you can find someone on there. On ours, people post wanteds for tapes of shows all the time. I posted one for last night's episode because I want to watch it again and got a very quick response. However, I might just buy it from iTunes as someone recommended here.

Does anyone know if you have to have an iPod to view those or can you watch on your computer?

You can watch them on your computer. We've done it a couple of times. Kind of nice because there are no commercials. I ended up taping last night's episode, so maybe I'll watch it tonight.

Ok, fill me in on how itunes works here. Do I have to sign up for something that costs or can I just pay for the one show and that's it? I can watch it on my computer with my normal media player?

That kind of sucks. OT, but on ours you can post offers for software but not wanteds for software. I don't really see that there is that much difference.

I think you have to download the program, and sign up, but the program doesn't cost anything. Just the downloads.

www.apple.com/iTunes -you should be able to find out what you need.

You know I didn't realize this was the 2nd season of The Office. We just got hooked on it this year. I just added the first season to my netflix queue! I can't wait to get it!!! This show is awesome..

And I've watched that P/J kiss scene a few times..Heehee..

Me too!!!

Can you tell me what he said to her in the parking lot and then after he kissed her? DS fussed loudly on cue when he was talking both times.

I was sitting there with my jaw on the floor when he kissed her (finally!)

Scrubs, Family Guy, Earl and the Office are the only thing we watch on TV and are the reason we keep it.

Jim didn't say anything after they kissed. They were just kind of staring at each other.

In the parking lot he said he was in love with her and he was sorry if that was wierd for her to hear. She said "I can't" and that their friendship meant a lot to her. He said he wanted to be more than that. She said she was sorry if he misinterpreted their friendship and he said he was sorry too and was crying and walked away.

Okay, thanks! I thought he told her he loved her based on her response but I wanted to know the exact words (had he said he loved her or just that he wanted to be with her).

An aside: has anyone seen the actress that plays Pam in other things? Meanig I saw her in an interview and she was wearing all this makeup and she just didn't look as pretty to me as she does as Pam with no makeup. (Or very little.) She is so lovely as Pam.

Jim kind of quietly blurted out, "I love you".

My heart just about stopped. And DS said, "Wow, I never saw that coming."

Damn, Jim is sweet. I'm so glad I discovered this show.

Did any of us see this coming? Sure, we expected Jim to one day share his feelings, but that was quick. It's refreshing to see a series actually move forward and resolve issues insteading of drawing them out forever.

(p.s. I hope Jim and Pam don't turn into Ross and Rachel.)

I'm glad they moved the relationship forward as well. There will probably be some hemming and hawing about the two of them next season but I'd love to see them actually get together and be happy. There is this belief in TV land that once a couple gets together and is happy they're no longer interesting but that's not necessarily true. It all depends on the writing.

We watched some of the British version and I didn't like it as much. Too much potty humor for me!

like the beating each other with an inflatable body part???
i like the US version better
plus a lot of the jokes that are funny across the borders are EXACTLY the same in the first season!

if you rent the british version make sure you get the 2 hour special as well.

I also thought it was too raunchy but loved the way they wrapped things up in that one too!

Yep, I just didn't love the British version. It had it moments but I didn't like all the cussing and sex jokes. Just a bit too much for my taste.

Jim said "I'm in love with you". Way out there. I was so happy he told her!
