I am speechless. Well, not really. Y'all know how I post. I don't think I'm ever truly speechless.

Anyway...I just checked out your debate on the mainstream board. I remembered I had signed up w/ them to get a pg calendar, but I didn't like the way they do it, so I hadn't looked at their site again since. But I sure am glad I registered. I couldn't believe my eyes. Someone...I don't know whether it was a mod or what...has actually deleted what looks like a large part of the debate! I read through your responses on toxemia, your dh's medical training, etc. And then there's nothing else. Well, there's several posts from other women about their choices, but nothing else between you two. The only other related post I saw was one after a deleted post that said something about being nice to others.

I have to give you another hand for standing your ground, especially if she got so nasty someone had to delete her posts!

Yep, they deleted my post! I don't know what UA rules it went against. I was mad because that post was full of A LOT of good information.

Obviously, somebody was offended by the truth and wanted the post removed.

Oh, well. I'm just sticking to MDC from now on...a place where UCers and elective c/s'ers can all get along!

not once insulted anyone on the board there. I've only provided evidence-based info and links from credible, reputable sources

I've always found that goes down really badly

I left a yahoo group for the same reason; no-one wanted to look at the facts and evaluate them they just wanted to listen to the panic mongers. I did get an email off list though in which the lady thanked me for opening her eyes to lots of things which had really helped her and called the other listers 'dunderheads'!

I've given up with mainstram now though as dh was forever telling me to calm down!
