If you are going to do the natural route, I would encourage you to look into Omega 3's (I believe you have to take a higher dose than the normal person would). I would also encourage therapy, so that you have someone to help you identify mood swings and how to prevent them from going to the extremes. Of course, eating well, exercising and sleeping 7-8 hours a night should also help maintain mood stability. Good luck in your journey!
