antibiotics not working yet

i have been on antibiotics for a ear drum infection ence last fri, i thought thay were working but i am still in masave pain, i hate antibiotics and do not whant to be on them, but i want to be over this before i go into labor. i think i may have to go back to doc and have the dosage uped, but is that afe for the baby or hould i tuff it out untill baby is born then up it? i am alergic to most antibiotics and do not whant to over expose baby to them. what effects do thay have on BF?

Drop some TTO in your ears. MOst abx are safe during pregnancy and during breastfeeding with little or no side effect on the nursing. Some can make you nauseous or lessen milk a little, no I don' tknow which ones off the top of my head. If your abx aren't working, I'd stop taking them and look for something else, perhaps just pain relief. Especially since your choices are limited due to allergies.
