Where's a good place to start one? Are they cheap or free? HELP!
I just registered with iblog, but I'm thinking it's either not very user friendly or I'm totally missing something. I figured out how to post, but have no idea how to upload a picture or much else ... (I guess I could take some time to read the "how to's"). It was free to register though ... www.iblog.com ... wonder if there are any other ones out there that are a bit more user friendly?

blogspot.com

So, now I just went over to www.xanga.com - it seems much more straight forward and actually guides you through setting it all up ... maybe I'll use that instead of the iblog.

xanga is also common but I'd gather that blogspot has most of the market. go with what seems the most comfortable for you.

I have a blog at HomeSchool Blogger. I like it, except for the fact that UnschoolnMa rarely updates.

I'm at LiveJournal.com, because that's where my friends already were. I'm happy there.

I signed up on this one. I'm very excited about it. Now I just need to find time to figure out how to upload stuff (pictures). I want to look around there some more too.

I also have blogs at myspace (hate it rarely use it) and xanga (love it)

I know I'm digging up an old thread, and I hope this is allowed, but you can get your own FREE homeschooling blog at http://homeschooljournal.net .It isn;t even ad-supported, it's just free.

I've used LiveJournal, Xanga, and Blogspot, but I'm with Blogsome now. I like it the best so far.

I like typepad. That's where mine is.

The HomeschoolBlogger people support abusive parenting, otherwise I'd blog there - it's a really nice site to use, but their advertising is just not ok with me.

Xanga is what I use. It's easy to use, fairly straight forward, the set up and layout is simple and it isn't overly cluttered with ads ~ just a simple banner across the top.

Very cool. When I update mine, I think I'll move it to Homeschool Journal. :-)
