i admit it.

we've been taking a huge long break. the time from thanksgiving till after christmas is the most stressful time of the year for our family, so we decided to give the homeschooling a rest and to just hang out and play during that time. no biggie, i figure it's a better time for a break than summer for us, when schooling is the most fun and outdoor fieldtrips are plentiful.

anyway, my son said to me today, "hey mom... can we start doing school again? i really like school."

That is so funny!! My kids told me the same thing the other day. We have taken alot of time off recently too.

We are still on "break" too but noone has suggested we do school except my two who wants to do her ABC, numbers and colors every day.
