I couldnt find my post..I thought it went through??

Anyways sorry if this is a duplicate post.

I'm having trouble sewing my hemp fabric, and anything else stretchy.
It keeps ruffling up on me.....What am I doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong, it is the nature of the beast! Sometime I iron it down with starch before I pin it and that helps a bit. I just sew and keep the rolled parts unrolled as I sew. After I sew around the dipe it usually looks a bit wonky, but once it is on with its elastic it always turns out great!

I have always tried to stretch it a little as I was sewing. It seems to take some of the buckle out and wears just fine after your done.

take it slow and try not to strech the materal as much as possible. Other than that i don't know what else would work
