Had trouble conceiving DS - will it repeat?

It took almost two years (and 5 days of Clomid) to conceive DS last year. Now I want another and I'm worried that I'll have trouble conceiving again. My period has been irregular or absent since I was 16 (I'm 22 now) unless I'm on BCP. The docs don't know why I don't ovulate. They say it's not PCOS (though I'm sceptical) or endometriosis. AF started returning a few months ago, light but seemingly regular. I've had a week of spotting three months in a row. I've been taking Vitox 2X a day for a month and I'm thinking of upping it to 3X, which is what the instructions on the bottle say.

Is it possible that the pregnancy kicked all my hormones back to where they're supposed to be? What is the likelihood that I'll have trouble conceiving again? TIA!

It took over a year and 2 rounds of Clomid to get ds1, but all it took to get ds2 was ds1 going on a sleepover! Seriously, it was that easy for us-- hope it is for you, too!

I had secondary infertility after my 4th child. I had a luteul phase defect. I did progesterone and Clomid. After the meds were done, I got pregnant on the next cycle with my dd. Twenty one months later I had Baby #6 and another two years after that I had Baby #7. Unfortunately, secondary infertility is up to its tricks again. My luteal phase defect is back.
