It's a place where you can buy/sell stuff with other MDC mamas. BUT... you won't be able to access it until you've been here 60 days (which would be next month for you). You have reached the posting requirement though.

When you meet the requirements, the TP will show up in the list of forums in that drop-down at the bottom of the page and on the front forum page (I never go to that page though).
