Leaking one year PP?

I had no problem with leaking after my son was born by C-section. A couple of months ago, I noticed that I was having a bit of leaking when my bladder was very full. No leaking when I cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise, just when I really really have to pee. I have very strong Kegel muscles - I even had to go see a physical therapist to help me learn to relax them.

Is this normal? It may have been going on for a while, I don't know, but I've never noticed anything until a couple of months ago. Is there anything I can do to cure it?

TIA!

DS is 2 1/2 and I still "leak" occasionally. I am an expert at doing the bend-your-knees-slightly thing when I sneeze, and that usually takes care of it. But once or twice I have had to change my underwear. Those muscles simply aren't the way they used to be. I've seen classes for such problems (in general - not specifically for moms) but have never taken the time to go. I am sure it is more common than we probably realize.
