Has anyone tried Maca?

A friend just became pg after a year of ttc. She took Maca for about five months, she's 34 (I think). I have heard great things about its success with infertility. My company carries it as a hormone balancing product, I was thinking of taking it when I ttc #3 (soon, I hope). Just wondered if there is anyone out there who thought about trying it as well.

I'm currently on Maca, I've only been taking it a little over a month now. I noticed a difference in my cycle immeaditely. Since having dd, my LP hasn't been longer then 7 days, this last cycle the maca increased it enough to actually get pg, but it wasn't a sticky.
