Can I stop now?

Not that our nursing relationship is bad, or painful, just agrrevating at times.

Kailey has become really clingy to me(when I'm home) but is fine when I'm not.

I guess I jsut want a little space. She seems to want to nurse 24/7 and I don't see an end in sight.

What should I do? What have you all done? Have you ever felt this way so late in the game?

Why do I feel guilty?
I also feel if I stop, I'm giving up the only real thing I can give her. I'll just become another part of the pack- WHA!

Maybe you can set some limits on her nursing. "We only nurse in this chair" or does distraction work? Will you dh help with distraction and comfort now that he is home? I will come back when my 25 pound baby isn't sleeping on me.

I LOVE the idea of only nursing in certain places. I'm going to start that today! She is understanding everything, so I think she'll catch on quick. I can just see her pulling me over to "the spot" all day LOL!

He tries so hard, but she has a one track mind.
