Nope not today. And rarely the other days too. Its sad cause I'm a doula and preach it to my clients. Thanks for the friendly reminder.

Yup, I am with Rose on this one! I never remember! Is there anything else, exercise/physical wise we are supposed to be doing? I feel like such an idiot doing pelvic rocks, lol.

Thanks for the reminder! Doing them right now. I often do them in the middle of the night when I wake up with a little insomnia!

I've been meaning to do those and never remember. Also haven't drank any RRL tea or done any pelvic tilts in over a week! oy.

I never do kegals like an excersize, I just do them randomly throughout the day. Is that not as effective? I am gonna go to Prego Lady hell or something...

Ditto...and ditto!

I have been doing a handful of pelvic tilts most nights before bed, at least. Tried to do some squats the other day - only b/c I was hoping it would encourage baby to come out - but I'm just too big and off-balance and out of shape. Blech.

I caught myself doing squats today hoping the baby would come out. It's nice to hear other girls are just as silly as me.

Just wanted to bump this....my doula says they can really help with avoiding tears...that's incentive to me!
