Fit/Sizing: one size fits most
Performance: Outstanding! I wore my daughter for 3 hours while shopping in it yesterday and it was amazingly comfortable.
Workmomship: INCREDIBLE! Laura Jane is an artist and this really shows in the construction of the sling. Each stitch is perfect and the fabrics she has available are so eye-catching and fun. Even opening the package is fun - like opening a present to yourself! She has clearly taken each detail into consideration.
Customer Service/Communication: Couldn't ask for better. I actually ordered my sling on New Years Eve - a time when most businesses are closed. But Laura took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. And that doesn't even cover the questions I asked BEFORE I ordered! She also kept me updated each step of the way - from construction to follow-up after I had received it. Also, she includes several pages of helpful instructions with pictures. OH! And she threw in a complimentary knot sling for me because the order took a *little* longer to go out than she had planned (um, ONE DAY), and it was still within her stated window of time for sling completion. Laura is just absolutely determined to provide incredible customer service to each customer!
