I have a probelm. I know a girl, she is the sister to my bestfriend. This women I will call B has just gotten joint custody of her almost 4 year old son. To give some history she had him taken away at a few months old because she refused to nurse him for more then 5 minutes and wouldn't give him bottles he was 6 pound at 3 months after being born at 8 pounds. The father took custody of him, but since the mother has since had another child and doing ok the courts allowed her take him for three days a week. The new child is just a two months old and the public health nurses are trying to helpt he mom with feeding the baby so far the baby is on forumula and growing well.
I feel so bad for this little guy he hates going to his mothers and she is just mean to him. she calls him names and keeps him out to all hours of the night. I have had no grounds to say anything untill now. I have seen her make the poor boy sit at the table for hours while she forces him to eat. On friday night she forced him to eat french fries of all things. She had him sitting for two hours as he cried that he was full. I had to leave it was so upsetting. When his dad came to get him she said that he could go but on tuesday when he came back he would have to eat those fries before he ate anything else at her house. Then she packed up the fries! I have pleaded witht he family to not let the little boy go but the dad is afraid if he keeps him he will lose custody all together. You see the mother is on Welfare and has legal aid but the dad is a working man and can't afford a lawyer or qualify for aid. It makes me sick thinking about how this little boy will suffer at his mothers hand.
In your opinion is this reason enough to call?
