I just found out on Jan 30th that we are pg and will be due oct 10th. I have 2 boys 3 3/4 and 21 months. I had a m/c in September (we would have been due in March). I am a bit nervous to post but I have decided that I want to enjoy every moment of my pregnancy. I want to share my excitement with everyone and if something happens then I know that I will have their support as well.
Dh and I have decided to wait until 12wks to go to the midwife. With the last pregnancy we went in at 10 wks and couldn't hear a heartbeat, but you don't always at 10 wks, then we tried again at 11, and again at 12. I don't think I can go through that stress again so we will wait till 12 and will know for sure if we don't hear it that there is something wrong. Who knows if I can make it that long but I will try. Our first appt. is scheduled for March 24th.
We plan on having a home/ water birth with hypnobirthing. That is what we have done in the past and it works great for us. I look forward to meeting all of you and walking this journey together!!!
