What kind of water to drink?

Hi! I had an episode last week with a kidney stone (I'm only 22! ). I need to call the OB and see if they marked what kind of kidney stone it was, apparently there's four different kinds caused by different things.

I've been drinking bottled spring water when at work (Aberfoyle) and filtered tap water from my fridge at home (Kenmore).

My mom suggested maybe I should drink distilled water.

What kind of water do you drink? I hear the best things about Reverse Osmosis and Distilled...

TIA!

We drink and cook with distilled.

we use reverse filter.

i am curious to see what everybody else uses and thinks.

i live where most people have wells and so many just trust that their water is OK -without testing. we had ours tested and immediately got a filter now we're careful about replacing.

i drink bottle water when we're out.

We use Brita filters

We use Brita filters for drinking, tea and sometimes cooking. We bottle our own Brita filtered water for going out.

we have a pur ultimate on the tap and we used

to have the pur advanced pitcher ( died on a camping trip due to dd dropping it on concrete)
but then our water is supernasty as the wells on our side of the table are full of iron and sulphur
I have had 27 kidney stones so I say ((HUGS))
adding fresh squeezed lemon to it will help if you feel another one coming

Do Brita and Pur filters remove minerals? What about Reverse Osmosis? I'm leaning towards distilled water for that reason...
