louie is sleeping pretty darn great -- it's the OTHER two that aren't!!!!

last night she slept from 1 a.m. (after staying on the boob forever -- about two hours or so ... i finally had to just lay her down and see if she would sleep... she did, thank goodness!) to about 7 a.m. but of course katherine was up about six times in between. and madeline occasionally has nightmares (at least she usually just cries a bit, but falls back asleep... unfortunately they always wake me up too though!).

I'm lucky with the sleep thing too. Aveena sleeps from about 9pm to about 5.30am, waking for quick feeds every 3 hrs or so, but goes back to sleep really well. I think that I don't know how lucky I am cause she's my first.

She doesn't sleep much during the day though, however currently she's asleep on me in my homemade wrap (thanks for posting that website).

I'm with Desiree on the "alone time". The kids sleep great! But during the day things are so crazy and hectic, that I savor the quietness when everyone is in bed. Even if it means sleep dep the next day....I stay up late a few times a week.
