Philadelphia Chickens

It's a compilation of 15 or so Sandra Boynton stories, 2 pages per stories. But, the kicker is the CD that comes with it. Well known celebrities sing the songs, which are basically word for word renditions of her stories set to music. We have been having a ball with it. Kevin Bacon does a snappy version of Philadelphia Chickens. The Pajama Time song is exactly the way I've been singing it to my kids (only professional and with music!). Meryl Streep, Laura Linney, a bunch of others. It's fantastic. Highly recommended for mommas and kiddoes.

We have this cd. It's awesome. 15 Animals is my fave song on it. DD like the Belly Button song. She has 2 other book/cd combos too- Dog Train and Rhiniceros Tap. They're pretty good too.

I have this as well, it was the only way I could do the dishes without my ds getting very upset for about 3 months I'm not usually into "kids" music, but I do like this CD and the Backyardigans
